EcoSpaces Education is a fundamental component of the PEP platform of resources. We are integrated in various schools and organizations established and supported by PEP. Their higher mission is to support programs that create awareness and provide access to resources; instrumental in creating best practices to teach health and wellness to children, and families.

Our Relationship with PEP

PEP_Sidebar-Image-0_616x428.jpg

PEP shares its resources and facilities to create innovative programming, such as Ecospaces Education, FOCUS, and Secondary School Placement.

Philip’s Education Partners (PEP) is a non-profit organization, working to provide urban youth with the tools to lead healthy and productive lives, accomplishing this by supporting Philip’s Academy Charter School, i2 Camp, Horizons Newark, and any other deserving programs, which benefit “the education of underserved urban children.” PEP shares its resources and facilities to create innovative programming, such as Ecospaces Education, The Focus Program, and Secondary School Placement.

PEP’s intent is to provide direct educational services to underserved youth; an overwhelming majority of these children are currently living at, or below the poverty level without access to the educational opportunities that might serve as a launching pad to a successful life.

Supporting the educational and personal growth of underserved youth and their families by developing the intellectual depth and values to lead productive lives — will always be the centerpiece of our mission.
